Volunteering through the JCC Senior Center offers opportunities to make friends & have fun while enriching the lives of those you help. Volunteers are matched with positions that fit their skills and interests. Veteran History Project

Interview veterans whose stories will then be submitted to the U.S. Library of Congress. This is a great one-on-one project!

Tele-Check-in Call

Make a valuable contribution by calling one or more homebound seniors, depending on your schedule and each senior's needs. Be someone's friend and connection to the outside world. Email Tsippy Gottlieb for more information.

Grocery Shopping/Delivery

Help supplement Meals on Wheels' deliveries by doing a homebound senior's grocery shopping. Grocery Shoppers comfort and strengthen these seniors with the knowledge that someone is available to help them get the things they need. Monday and Wednesday from 2:00-4:00. Computer class instructors

Data Entry Assistant

The Data Entry Assistant keeps our client database updated with critical information such as names, addresses and current information. The Data Entry Assistant also completes special projects. Congregate Meal Site Assistance

The JCC provide a hot, noon-time meal and an opportunity to socialize. Volunteers accept reservations and perform other dining room tasks. For more information, call Tsippy Gottlieb, 513-761-7500, ext. 253 or email her.

Meals on Wheels

Assemble and package meals for delivery Monday through Friday, between 8:30 a.m. and 10:00 a.m. - schedules are flexible. For more information, call Tsippy Gottlieb, 513-761-7500, ext. 253 or email her.

Deliver meals to homebound seniors

Volunteers needed to deliver meals. Beginning at 10:30 am and lasting around 2 hours. Deliver meals to elderly who cannot shop for or prepare meals on their own. Instructors, Facilitators, Coordinators

Phone Committee

Kitchen Helpers

We are urgently seeking volunteers who would like to assist with the lunch program. We ask a commitment of one day a week for approximately four hours (10 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.).

Computer education

Do you have computer skills? Do you know how to surf the net? Seniors training seniors in computer basics is a wonderful volunteer opportunity for those 50+, with Computer/ Internet knowledge, who would like to be trained to introduce seniors to computer basics, e-mail and the Internet. Donation Canister Representative

Lunchtime Performer
